We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking your Birth Circle workshop.

• No Refunds for Change of Mind: Once a booking is made, refunds will not be issued if you choose not to attend for personal reasons.
• Full Refund for Early Birth: If you give birth before the class date, we will provide a full refund. Please notify us as soon as possible and provide confirmation if required.
• Date Changes: If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as practicable. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
• Exceptions: While our policy is firm, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please contact us to discuss.
  Refund will be considered less $50 deposit.
